There are many stones to choose from that are useful for a wide variety of purposes when working with each of the overleaves and the chakras; those listed in the chart below are simply some of the suggestions found in the Gemstone Dictionary that were favorite choices of mine. This chart graphic is color coded to interface with the other chart graphics on the Essential Sevens page as well, thus, if you click on the chart graphic below, it will take you directly there for convenient reference.
